    This must be the easiest recipe to turn plain old carrots into the most amazingly delicious side dish. Instead of just using veggies from a can, the use of fresh vegetables makes all the difference in the world. And not to mention the added nutrients you get out of them!

    Ingredients:

    • One bundle of fresh carrots
    • 1 Cup of heavy cream
    • 1/2 Stick of butter
    • Salt and pepper.

    Directions:

    • Wash the carrots and chop into bite size slices.
    • Boil the carrots until desired tenderness.
    • Drain the carrots and place back in the pot.
    • Add the butter and let the butter melt.
    • Add the cream and heat on low until the cream is warm and the butter is completely melted.
    • Stir until the carrots are completely coated.
    • Salt and pepper to taste and serve.

    Recommendations:
    As a starter, we recommend the tomato cucumber salad. As the main dish, we recommend the Minty Lamb Chops accompanied with the Parslied New Potatoes.
    As a dessert, we recommend the minty strawberries and cream.
