The guest house on the lake, by the sea, in Rehoboth Beach, Delaware. Located on a scenic waterfowl preserve with panoramic water views, Silver Lake is the area's guest house closest to "Poodle Beach." Yet, this tranquil setting is only blocks from downtown Rehoboth's restaurants, clubs and shops.

Silver Lake provides spectacular water views from its sprawling columned veranda, balconies, and decks. All the guest rooms have full private baths, cable TV, wireless Internet access, and central air conditioning. Most of the rooms have private balconies.
Continental breakfast is served daily in the second floor sunroom and may be enjoyed there, on the 3rd floor sundeck, on the veranda, or in the privacy of your own room or deck. Breakfast includes muffins, fresh fruit, juice, tea and coffee, along with daily newspapers.
Just off the sunroom is a guest kitchen, complete with refrigerator, microwave and other amenities. Complimentary coffee, tea, juice, and fruit are available at any time.
Our grounds include a broad lakefront lawn, lake top deck and dock, several perennial gardens, an outdoor shower, soda machine, and bike racks. We also provide beach chairs, beach towels and free ice.

We know that not everyone has the same taste and that's why we have created unique living spaces, each with its own personality. All of our 17 rooms have private in-suite baths and are all climate controlled.
You will enjoy formal Victorian romance in our Manor home, which is not surpassed by any other Inn or B&B in Delaware, where the rooms are all oversized. Our five large guest rooms in the Sea Witch Manor Inn & Spa provides the privacy and convenience of a larger inn. Each of our rooms have 2 Twin, Queen or King bed, seating area, fireplace and private bath with tub and/or shower. A complete gourmet breakfast is served in the dining room each morning 9:00 AM. Breakfast includes juices, locally grown fruit and vegetables, homemade muffins, preserves and eggs and or a spectacular dish from our Chef.
In Bewitched & BEDazzled our guests share the cozy compound, where they can appreciate each of the unique properties. We have a wonderful 1225 square foot private deck with a sunken outdoor hot tub that is open all year round. We also have a garden area with a double swing. Our guests have access to our wonderful spa services located outside in our Private Spa deck or inside our Spa room at the Manor.
The Blue Water House Bed and Breakfast is an adult oriented B&B where peace, comfort and pampering is the ultimate priority for our guests. Besides a great vacation place the inn is perfect for retreats and special events. We are happy to rent the whole Inn when you need the extra space.
